Why should I subscribe to Music Ally Pro?

How much does the Music Ally Pro cost?

Anyone can sign up for a free basic pro account where they will be able to access to our Amazon Music For Artists Pro Series and receive our weekly Knowledge newsletter. For access to the wider range of courses, tools and resources you can buy an annual subscription for just £599 (+ VAT in the UK)

Can I buy Pro access for my whole company or team?

Absolutely! We offer discounted business plans for groups and organisations. Please contact anthony@musically.com for group enquiries.

How do I subscribe to the Music Ally Pro?

Subscribing to the Music Ally Pro is easy. Simply click on the subscribe button in the top right corner of the homepage or visit the subscription page. From there, you can choose the annual subscription plan and enter your payment information. Once your payment is processed, you’ll have instant access to all our courses and resources.

What is the format of the courses?
Our courses are a mix of video content, quizzes and guides. Most courses also include optional additional readings and practical resources.
How long do I have access to my courses?

You’ll have unlimited access to the resources for as long as your subscription is valid. This means you can take your time and learn at your own pace.

How can I contact the instructors if I have questions about the course material?
If you have any questions, you can reach out to our expert training team at training@musically.com and we’ll be happy to provide you with any assistance you need.
Are the slides downloadable?
We provide summary slides for every course which are downloadable for logged in users, but not the full slide decks.
What is the pass mark for the quizzes?

The pass mark is 70%. There are 10 questions per course, so in order to pass you need to score 7/10 or higher.

I failed the quiz too many times! Can I retake it?

You can retake the quiz up to five times. If you can you need to reset the test please email training@musically.com and let us know the situation. We’ll be able to reset the test so you can take it again.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. But there is no refund for the unused period. Your access to the resources will continue until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer certification?

Yes, in addition to certificates of completion for every course that you complete with a 70% in the final quiz, we also have certification programs called Music Ally Certified. For example, on completion of the Amazon Music For Artists Pro Series, you can become Music Ally Certified: Amazon Music.

I have some feedback on the course, who can I speak to?

Apart from the on-demand content on Pro, what other training services does Music Ally offer and how can I learn more about them?

As well as our recorded training material, Music Ally runs in-person training sessions on a range of topics across music marketing and business.
